We are happy to accept returns on full price Collection items, One Off Beauties, Diamonds and Limited-Edition pieces within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been resized. 

Any item purchased on sale is not eligible for a refund, instead we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange (of equal or higher value), within the 14 day return period. Custom pieces, gift cards, resized items, samples and “Not Quite Right” sale items are not eligible for returns.
